Ask yourself, why do you feel that you being provided enough guidance? Do you want to be learning more? Do you want to be learning faster? Do you want to be learning something different?
Decide on what the problem is and then talk to your mentor about it. Tell him/her what you want to learn, specifically, and ask him/her for some tasks that you can do in that field. Communication is key in every apprenticeship, so make sure you talk to your mentor before deciding that it's not working out.
If, after a few days, things still haven't changed, then talk to our Student Success Team about your experience by emailing us at email@example.com or messaging us directly through our on-site chat support. We'll talk to both sides to try and save the situation if possible.
We want you to not only learn from your apprenticeships, but also to enjoy them.
