We are a subscription based service that bills on a quarterly or annual basis, depending on the plan you choose.
Both of our plans give you the opportunity to work with one Apprenticeship at a time. Interested in working with more than one Apprentice within one quarter? Check out our help doc on working with multiple Apprenticeships.
If you've signed up for our Quarterly Plan, your billing cycle renews every three months starting from the day of your first payment. At the start of each quarter, your account will automatically be charged $267 USD + any applicable taxes.
If you've signed up for our Annual Plan, your subscription will renew a year from the day you've made your first payment. At the start of each yearly cycle, your account will automatically be charged $890 USD + any applicable taxes.
What do I get with my Subscription?
Signing up as a Member on GenM gives you access to our Student marketplace, our tools, and the ability to work within one Apprenticeship at a time. You also have access to additional features, such as Micro-tasking, to help you with your smaller-scale marketing tasks.

Keep in mind that signing up for the Annual plan is a commitment to be with GenM for a full year. We are only able to offer refunds for this plan within the first 14 days of payment.
How can I access my Billing information?
Keeping track of your account status and billing information is essential, and we've made it easy to find those details. Here are the steps to get to your billing tab:
- Click your profile picture in the bottom-left corner
- Click Settings
- Click the Billing tab at the top

If you wish to stop your next renewal, you can cancel your membership while maintaining access to your current apprentice and to GenM support staff until the end of your apprenticeship contract.
