We realize that we may not always be the right fit for your business which is why we offer a 14 day refund policy for your initial payment. This will allow you to use our platform for up to 14 days before deciding if our service fits your business needs! If you would like to discontinue your membership for any reason, please reach out to our team so we can guide you through the next step! Members who begin an apprenticeship within the 14 days are no longer eligible for a refund.

Cancelled Apprentices

Businesses who have a cancelled Apprenticeship at any time, at no fault of their own, will be able to enter into a new Apprenticeship. Please contact our Support team so we can ensure your account is set to send out a new labour contract! 🤝

What if I don't find a suitable candidate?

Your subscription provides you access to our platform, tools and support. It's free to sign up as a Business, view profiles and verify the talent pool. Finding a candidate is similar to any HR process. With a little bit of care, a ton of open communication and commitment to mentoring your Students, we're confident that you can find a match for a successful marketing Apprenticeship!

We encourage all GenM businesses to keep searching for a suitable candidate. Businesses are not entitled to a refund if they do not find a candidate. Looking for some suggestions on how to find a suitable candidate? Feel free to chat with our support team!

What if Students are not responding to my messages?

Our Student Success team monitors our Student marketplace to ensure Students who are not responsive are removed from the platform.

There are two main reasons why Students do not respond:

  • an opening message that doesn't engage the Student and give insight into your marketing initiatives and/or business
  •  a Business profile that isn't effectively showcasing your current skills and marketing experience.

Don't be afraid to ask the Students about their interests and make sure they align with yours! Try out a few different search strategies to find the right Student base for your needs. 

Ultimately, Businesses are not eligible for a refund due to being unable to attract a student. We're happy to help you with strategies to find your perfect match 😍

What if it takes me 1 month to find an apprentice?
Payment for our platform gives you access to our platform and the ability to work with one Apprenticeship at a time.  

Our billing cycle begins when you make your subscription purchase. As such, your billing cycle will likely not fall in the same 3 month period that your apprenticeship may fall into. Your 3 month apprenticeship begins right when you both sign the contracts, regardless of when your subscription renews, is cancelled, or is paused.
